myOverseasCall allows you to make calls to selected overseas landline and mobile numbers from South Africa for the cost of a local call.  The site allows you to sign up, add your contacts, get virtual 087 (landline) numbers to call in place of the overseas number. It also includes built in contact management and vcard functionality.
